We came to know Heartbeat.com through online searching.  The personalised gifts as listed in their website are so unique that attracted us to order some for our lovely four-month old baby boy. 

Immediately, we contacted the person in-charge, Mr. Vincent, to get further details on how to order the unique gifts.  Mr. Vincent explained the neccesary requirements to us through phone and skype cordially and friendly.  We had then forwarded our own photo design to him.  Surprisingly, the gift parcel were delivered to our doorstep the very next day, it was really efficient. 

When opening up the parcel, we noticed that, the two ceramic mugs out of the three mugs that we ordered, were so vivid that attracted the attention of our whole family.  The other ice mug, however, looked blur and a little fading.  When we informed Mr. Vincent about our dissatisfaction, with no further hesitation, he agreed to replace the ice mug with a new ceramic mug, which we had subsequently received one day later.  

From the above deal, we think we shall give a thumb up to Heartbeat.com, not only for their unique personalised gifts, but also for their excellent after sale service.
