I still Never Receive my HP strap!!!

I ordered this HP strap and transferred funds right away into Heartbeat’s Maybank account.
After 1 week, I still never receive my HP strap. I keep checking with my Ixora Apartment managment and keep calling Mr. Vincent Tong. Again I called MR. Vincent Tong. He said no problem, he will send another HP strap to me tomorrow.
The same day, my apartment management called me to inform about a uncollected parcel under my name. So I went to the management office. I saw… From HeartBeat Trading… Date was 1 week ago. The staff just smile, argh… KNS la…..
I was thinking how to tell MR. Vincent Tong. He might say I lied to him.
I messaged MR.Vincent Tong to tell him I got the HP strap already. He said they already posted out another replacement HP strap for me to my aprtment.
I asked should I return the new HP strap ? He replied “No”.
The next morning I received another HP strap. Its REALLY free, no postage charge, surcharge or whatever charges.
The next thing, I opened it and…. WoooooWWWWW!!!! So nice. Got my HP strap.
Touched it, well its good quality. Fair price for a good product. Just RM15.00 only.
Then come the second HP strap, I just keep it in my drawer. Its still in the plastic. Unused at all.
Now am using the first HP strap to hold my apartment keys. Its lasting.

First time online purchase…
I decided to purchase a white colour pillow with my photo on it at heartbeat website. Is an interesting experince.
It takes around 1 week from the day that i order to receive the goods.
Firstly, when i receive it, i found that it was quite small. Then i open up the wrapper, actually it is big enough.
And it is a unique pillow because with my face on it..hahaha^^
The softness is good, i like the colour with that. If the picture proportion can be larger a little bit, it would be excellent.
Another things is that the pillow was fold when post to my places. So the pillow case needs to iron to make it smoother.
And i’m very surprise cause i receive a gift from that, which is a stationary case i think..
It is very cute with a elephant head on it….
And i receive a discount voucher too^^
